SCHOLARSHIPS & FELLOWSHIPS FINANCIAL AID ASSISTANTSHIPSYou’ll use USF’s Admissions Portal to complete most remaining application tasks. From here, you can see any missing items, upload documents, complete requested forms, check your application status and more. Access the portal any time by logging in with your NetID and password. You should receive an email to activate your NetID shortly after you apply to USF.

You’ve submitted your application, but that doesn’t mean it’s complete: You may have items that still need your attention. Log into the Admissions Portal to see if you still need to:
Pay the nonrefundable, $30 application fee (if you have not done so already). You may pay the fee online via OASIS.
Submit an official transcript (in a sealed envelope or through the official electronic submission of your institution) for each institution of higher learning attended to:

Submit any test scores required by your program (GRE, GMAT, TOEFL, etc.). Scores must be requested and sent to USF directly from the testing agency. Standardized tests must have been taken within five years of the desired term of entry.
Submit any additional items required by your program (resumes, personal statements, etc.).
All graduate applicants are required to answer the Conduct Clearance questions of the graduate application. The answers to the two questions must be received and cleared by Student Rights and Responsibilities, if warranted, before the applicant will be notified of the admission decision.
Once you’ve submitted a complete application package, the USF Admissions team will take some time to review your file and render a decision.
