Get to Know the Admissions Portal

You’ll use USF’s Admissions Portal to complete most remaining application tasks. From here, you can see any missing items, upload documents, complete requested forms, check your application status and more. Access the portal any time by logging in with your NetID and password. If you don’t have a NetID, yet, be sure to activate it to gain access to important USF platforms and services.

How to Complete Your Application

You’ve submitted your application, but that doesn’t mean it’s complete: You may have items that still need your attention. Log into the Admissions Portal to see if you still need to:

Pay Your Application Fee

Pay the nonrefundable, $30 application fee (if you have not done so already) or submit an ACT/SAT application fee waiver to admissions@usf.edu. You may pay the fee online via OASIS. Log in, navigate to the Student tab, select Admissions, and then select the option Pay My Application Fee(s).

Submit Your Official College Transcripts

Submit an official transcript (in a sealed envelope or through the official electronic submission of your institution) for each institution of higher learning attended to:

Submit Required Test Scores

Submit any test scores required by your program (GRE, GMAT, TOEFL, etc.). Scores must be requested and sent to USF directly from the testing agency. Standardized tests must have been taken within five years of the desired term of entry.

Submit Additional Items

Submit any additional items required by your program (resumes, personal statements, etc.).

Answer the Conduct Clearance Questions

All graduate applicants are required to answer the Conduct Clearance questions of the graduate application. The answers to the two questions must be received and cleared by Student Rights and Responsibilities, if warranted, before the applicant will be notified of the admission decision.
